Elektronikentwicklung

Wir layouten und fertigen die Elektronik für unsere Sensoren auf Basis von Keramikhybriden und Leiterplatten in unserem Haus.

Gerne übernehmen wir auch für Sie die Schaltungs- und Platinen-Entwicklung.

Unsere angeschlossene Produktion ist zur Herstellung von Prototypen bis zur Klein- und Großserienfertigung eingerichtet. Dafür stehen uns Druckmaschinen, Einbrennautomaten, Reflow-Lötanlagen, Abgleichlaser und Bestückungsautomaten bis Bauteilgröße 0201 zur Verfügung.

Auf Wunsch übernehmen wir die Fertigung der kompletten Baugruppe einschl.  Funktionsprüfung. Selbstverständlich werden die gültigen RoHs-Vorgaben eingehalten.
